You can easily sign up from the app (or sign in if you are already a KoMember) and choose from either working from the coworking areas; or making a reservation for a meeting room / focus booth for yourself and your guests. You can also access all additional services with one click.

Kolektif House provides services with monthly subscrtipton or yearly / semi-yearly contracts, but you do not need any commitment to use kolektifmini locations. All you need to do is sign up and scan the QR code to enter a location to start working from whereever you want, for the duration you wish to stay.

Yes, you can rent lockers via our app. Please make sure to empty your locker and end the session before leaving the location.

kolektifmini is only suitable for individual use, therefore we do not accept guest enterances. Your guests can enter the locations after downloading the app and creating their own profiles. Guests who have only been invited to join meeting room & focus booth reservations can enter the location 15 minutes prior to the meeting time after completing registration.

You need to add your guests' email addresses to the reservation so that we can send an invitation to their emails for entering the location. Your guests then can enter the location free of charge 15 minutes prior to the reservation time with using the code sent in this invitation email. We expect guests to exit the location within the first 15 minutes after the reservation end time. If a guest does not exit within the first 15 minutes, or chooses to continue using the location, they can continue to work and will be charged enterance fee + pay-per-minute as standard practice.

You can work as much as you want and pay-as-you-go at kolektifmini locations. You do not rent a dedicated office space; kolektifmini is a more flexible workspace solution. If you need a dedicated space, you can still make a reservation to use our meeting rooms / focus booths.
